Rich Jerk:  This guy truly is a jerk, but I have to admit that his tips and tricks for creating a website that provides value and also generates income (like this one), REALLY work.  By following the tips this guy provides, you can easily set up a website that generates cash in your spare time.  If you can get past the fact that this guy is really rude, the actual point of what he is saying is really valuable.  I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to supplement their income by getting into the e-business/e-commerce world.

SiteBuildIt:  The Rich Jerk gives you the tips to build and promote your site, and the guys at "SiteBuildIt" give you the tools.  I would highly recommend you check out this site to help build and promote your website.  For example, they have a tool where you can find the best Google, Yahoo, etc. keywords for your site to ensure a large number of hits!

Dot5 Hosting:  Once you decide that you want to have your own website, you need a host.  Dot 5 Hosting is by far the cheapest I was able to find from hours of scouring the Internet.  It's great place to start if you aren't sure that you're going to stick with it, because you end up spending only pocket change (literally) as your initial investment.
